Road Trips

Road trips are a great example of the quest for new food and culture through travel. It is surprising just how much there is to see in the United States alone : In a country that spans almost a third of a continent, there are amazingly beautiful views and startlingly unique points of view around almost every corner. And, despite its faults, the United States has one strong plus in its most abundant and excellent offerings of breakfast restaurants in almost every city, town, and village.
